Multi-axis motion control system for puppet animation, designed and built by animator Abdalla Saleh. I was invited to Stockholm to rebuild the motion control electronics, and extensively revise the animation software, ANIMAL.

This system predated similar ones used by local animation companies like Skellington Productions (or Colossal Pictures -- read story below).

• Linear Movement in X, Y, and Z
• Rotational Movement about X, Y, and Z (pan, tilt, and roll)
• Additional Pivoting Movement about nodal points for yaw and pitch
• Follow Focus and Zoom
• Variable Shutter Opening
• Camera Exposures
• Auxiliary Axes for puppet and scenery control
